VEYORA is a random video chat service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may receive account information from Google or Facebook sign-in, including your name, email address, provider identifier, and profile image when supplied. We also collect profile details you choose to provide, such as name, date of birth, gender, country, and plan status.
Camera, microphone and chats
Camera and microphone access is requested only for video and audio chat. Your browser controls these permissions. Chat messages may be transmitted to the other participant and stored temporarily for service operation, safety review, or abuse prevention.
Safety and reports
Reports and blocks may include the reported account, reason, timestamps, and limited technical information needed to investigate abuse and prevent blocked users from matching.
Security and retention
We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, safety, legal obligations, or dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
Your choices
You can stop camera or microphone access in browser settings, edit profile information, log out, or request deletion of your account and associated data.
